Dr. Scott Klarenbach shares the key messages out of a new clinical practice guideline on screening for esophageal adenocarcinoma in patients with chronic gastroesophageal reflux disease. Dr. Klarenbach is a professor in the Department of Medicine, and Assistant Dean, Health Outcomes at the University of Alberta. He is currently Chair of the Alberta Expert Committee on Drug Evaluation and Therapeutics and member of the Canadian Task Force on Preventative Health Care.
